These Terms of Service govern your use of Star VPN services provided by Ontario Business Corporation #5019951 ('Star VPN', 'we', 'us', 'our'). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Acceptable Use: Star VPN is intended for legitimate personal and business use including protecting your privacy online, accessing geo-restricted content for personal use, securing your internet connection on public Wi-Fi, and business data collection activities compliant with applicable laws. You may not use Star VPN for any illegal activities, to intentionally harm others, or to violate the terms of service of third-party websites and platforms.

Account Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Service Availability: Star VPN aims to maintain 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, network issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect service availability. We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance when possible.

Subscription and Billing: Subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select. Billing occurs at the start of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are provided according to our money-back guarantee policy.

Limitation of Liability: Star VPN's liability for any damages arising from use of our services is limited to the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property: All content, software, and materials on the Star VPN website and in our applications are the intellectual property of Star VPN. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our service without written permission.

Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website. Continued use of Star VPN after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
